Crystal material, with little moisture absorption, does not need to be fully dry, has excellent fluidity, and is sensitive to pressure; high-pressure injection is used when molding; material temperature is uniform; filling speed is fast and pressure is sufficient; direct gate should not be used to prevent uneven contraction and increase of internal stress.
With a large contractile range and value, it is highly directional and prone to deformation and warping.
Heating time should not be too long, or it will break down and burn.
Soft plastic parts with shallow side grooves can be forced out of the mold.
